By continuing to place order via this website you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions of sale. All orders placed via this website must be done in good faith, and are
considered a promise to buy. All information you supply during the ordering process must
be true and correct.
Pricing
All Prices quoted on the web page are current as of the date the product page was
generated by our system. In case of a discrepancy between the product page price and the
shopping cart price, the Shopping cart price at the time of order will take precedence,
and will be the price applicable in the case that an order is placed. The prices listed on
our shopping cart include all relevant taxes including G.S.T, but do not include shipping
costs. Shipping Costs are added as the customer proceeds through checkout, and are clearly
visible before any customer information is required. All Prices are subject to change
without notice. In the event that a product is displayed in error or a pricing error has
occurred, Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct International Ltd. will cancel the
order and notify the customer. Errors and omissions are excluded.
Payments
Payments may be made by Credit Card using Payflo Pro(Australian Site, Vet Products Direct
Pty Ltd), or by Worldpay for Overseas Sites(Vet Direct International Ltd.), and also by
cheque, direct deposit or faxing of credit card and order details. Payments via Payflo Pro
or Worldpay will not be considered finalised until Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet
Direct International Ltd. receives an official payment statement from the Verisign
or Worldpay. Payments by cheque will not be considered finalised until the cheque is
cleard by our bank.. Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct International Ltd. reserve
the right to impose limits on the transaction values for any of the payment methods we
accept.
Warranty
Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct International Ltd. offers no warranty on
products above that which is offered by the relevant manufacturer.
Delivery
Goods sold byVet Products Direct Pty Ltd are shipped within Australia via Australia
Post, and the delivery area is limited to those areas serviced by Australia Post. Goods
delivered overseas sold by Vet Direct International Ltd. are sent by standard airmail or
by Fedex, the choice being made by the purchaser at the time of checkout. The delivery
time for each order is based on the availability time for the Product(s) + Shipping time.
Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 7 working days within
Australia and 3 weeks overseas. In the case where multiple products are ordered together,
the order will not be shipped until all the products ordered are available from our
warehouse. In circumstances where a particular product will be delayed for a lengthy time,
Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct International Ltd. will endeavour to advise the
customer of the situation and make any arrangements or adjustments necessary. Any orders
sent overseas delayed in customs must be dealt with by the purchaser residing in the
relevant country, and any fees or charges incurred through customs are the resonsibility
of the purchaser.
Upon Receipt Of Order
The customer is required to visually check the consignment for signs of damage. In cases
where the consignment is damaged in transit, the customer must contact our Customer
Service department as soon as possible. Before opening any product boxes, please check
that you have been sent the correct product. Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct
International Ltd. can only accept return products in their original condition - please
refer to our Return Policy for more information.
Return Policy
Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct International Ltd. offers a 14-day* money-back
guarantee (less shipping costs) provided the product is returned unused, in the original
undamaged box including all original packing, original owner's manuals, warranty card and
any included accessories, remote control, and/or power cords that came with the product.
We reserve the right to charge an AUD$10.00 or 15% restocking fee (whichever is the
greater) and replacement cost, or refuse the return if the items are returned incomplete
or damaged in any way. Except in cases where the product was shipped in our error or was
considered to be faulty on arrival, the purchaser is required to pay all costs incurred
with regard to shipping the product back to Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct
International Ltd..

Return Proceedure
In order to return a product(s), you can visit the web site, log in, and then click on
RMA's. To organize a return this way you must know your slaes order number. You can find
this on our web site also. Otherwise please contact our support staff, at help@vetproductsdirect.com, or on the
relevant phone number found on your country's web site. You will then be advised of the
simplest way to return your goods.
If the item is a defective exchange,Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct International Ltd. will pay the return shipping costs for the replacement item. Upon receipt of the returned product, Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct International Ltd. will inspect the returned product. If a product is returned as defective, but is not found to be defective upon inspection,Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct International Ltd. will at our discretion deduct the standard restocking fees (subject to our Return Policy) plus shipping costs, or return the product to the customer at the customers expense.
Reservation Of Title
Title for all goods dispatched remains with Vet Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct
International Ltd. until payment has been received in full. Until title passes, Vet
Products Direct Pty Ltd or Vet Direct International Ltd. can retain, repossess and/or
resell all goods. Customers acknowledge that they hold all goods from Vet Products Direct
Pty Ltd or Vet Direct International Ltd. as bailees until title passes.
